Have you stopped in to get your BBQ fix lately? This month, we’ve been beating the heat, enjoying some meat, and giving local charities a sweet treat with our Helping Hams events! Helping Hams is a weekly evening to support community at Buz’s Boulevard location. 10% of every order (dine in or carry out) from 6-10pm every Monday will be donated to a different organization. This week, we’re ‘cueing out for the YWCA of Richmond.
As one of the “oldest and largest women organizations in the country,” Richmond’s chapter of the YWCA stands to eliminate racism and empower women through many wonderful endeavors. Offering leadership opportunities, shelters, financial and emotional health programs, pre-K education, child-care and so much more, this organization believes “that everyone has the ability to empower themselves to live their best life.” The YWCA does a lot for our community here in RVA, and we’re ready to help them continue to serve by serving up some tasty meals.
How can you help this awesome cause? Stop in for dinner our Boulevard location this Monday night, and Buz will take care of the rest. 10% of all purchases 6-10pm will be donated to the YWCA of Richmond, and you’ll be one of Buz’s #helpinghams.
