The narrow blade is designed to remove bones from poultry, meat and even fish. This commercial quality knife features an advanced forged narrow steel blade and solid POM handle. The full tang is permanently riveted to the handle. Dishwasher safe. Blade is made using 4Cr Mo V15 German steel.
