OMG. Aside from the south fork of the Snake river, this is the Mack Daddy of forks. The incredibly heavy duty tines are actually forged from high quality stainless steel which runs 4 full inches back into the specially laminated wood handle where it is secured by 3 large rivets. Laminated wood is heavier and more rigid than regular wood. That’s why they make the stocks for long range rifles from it. We defy you to bend this fork with the heaviest of briskets or roasts. It might even take the full weight of the pit master himself although we haven’t tried that yet…stay tuned folks. You just may find that one on YouTube some day
