This 12″ x 17″ commercial weight aluminum half size sheet pan is indispensable and versatile. We use hundreds of them at Buz and Ned’s for baking desserts and for transporting and storing small numbers of raw or cooked pork butts, briskets, ribs, deviled eggs and appetizers. If you place a cutting board inside the pan it will serve to catch all the drippings when you carve a turkey or chop some pork.
