This 12″ commercial quality chef’s knife features an advanced forged German steel blade and solid POM handle. The full tang is permanently riveted to the handle. Use the knife for slicing large cuts of meat and poultry, dicing, mincing and chopping. Dishwasher safe. Blade is made using 4Cr Mo V15 German steel. A real buy at this price.
