Buz and Ned’s is the place to be every Monday night for Helping Hams, a weekly charity evening at Buz’s restaurants on Boulevard and Broad Street. Ten percent of every order, dine-in or carry out, from 6 to 10 p.m. every Monday this month will be donated to FRIENDS Association for Children.
FRIENDS Association for Children is a non-profit child and family agency that has served the Central Virginia community for over 140 years helping children and families achieve their potential and become productive citizens. Beginning in 1871 as an orphanage in historic Jackson Ward, today they operate two multi-service child development centers in Richmond serving nearly 1,000 children, ages six weeks to 17 years. Through their services, Friends and their partners help children gain critical literacy, developmental skills, and an appreciation of their community.
Step up and help us support a local nonprofit organization! Stop by for dinner at our Boulevard and Broad Street locations any Monday evening in March and Buz will take care of the rest. Don’t forget – 10 percent of all purchases made between 6 to 10 p.m. will be donated to Renew Richmond with your purchase, you will be one of Buz’s #helpinghams.
