Have you ever wondered what makes Buz and Ned’s brunswick stew? It’s simple. We use fresh chicken, beef, turkey necks – for a lot of rich flavor – and lots of vegetables. It takes Buz six hours to make the broth that goes into the stew. It’s a long process, but the end result will leave you wanting more. Come try it!
