There is a minimum quantity of from 50-100 people that may apply to Custom and full service catering items depending on which item is requested. Full service catering jobs must have a minimum check total of $1,500 exclusive of delivery, gratuity and taxes.

Gratuity is not included, but appreciated for a job well done.
