Attention to Detail
We
make all of our barbecued meats using traditional, authentic, time-honored methods.
Our meats are cooked slowly, all night long, over freshly cut hickory logs which
are both the heat and the smoke source. (No sir, we never use those nasty chemical-filled
briquettes, nor gas electricity for that matter… that's just not how you
make real BBQ.)
Only fresh-cut hickory gives off a sweet, moist smoke good enough for Buz and Ned. And all this fuss makes a world of difference. Our meats are both moist and tender with a crusty exterior and a sweet, smoky flavor through and through. The way real BBQ should be. Sure it's harder to make it our way, but the taste is worth it.
And our sauces… why, they're more complex than a blue ribbon wine. These top-secret concoction are made with as many as twenty-five premium ingredients.
All of our many varieties of delicious side dishes and deserts are homemade by us using nothing but the freshest ingredients.
